Walsall Illuminations required advertising across newspapers in the Midlands.  We took the iconic children's imagery featured at the event and wrapped it with star shapes, illuminated explosions and bright text in a cartoon font.  It gave the impression of a fun-filled night-time activity, appealing to children and adults alike.
